    • When will my pads be done?
    • Approximately 10 working days from the time you approve your artwork. (This does not include freight delivery time)
    • Can I have my order printed on colored paper?
    • Yes! However, there is a small additional charge, please call for a quote.
    • Can I have pad sizes other than those shown?
    • Yes! Please call for a quote for the desired size.
    • If I already have a layout, can I use my own design?
    • Yes, all we ask is you follow the above dimensions on your artwork. You can email or use our file uploader to submit your artwork.

    • What is a ‘slogan’ and does it cost extra?
    • A ‘Slogan’ is your title or anything you want to say about yourself and it’s included in the pad price.
    • Is there an additional charge to include my photo?
    • No, the price of your pads includes your photo, the artwork set-up, as well as free delivery to your office within Orange County, California.
    • Here are some guidelines for best picture results:
      • Black and white photographs are preferred for one and two color jobs. Full color photos are required for full color pads.
      • Please do not staple, trim or tape your photograph.
      • We cannot accept negatives, transparencies, halftones or veloxes.
      • We cannot accept printed photo’s or photo’s on business cards.
      • Photo's can be emailed to orders@notepadsinc.com or uploaded using our file uploader.
    • Is there a discount for Group Orders?
    • Yes! We offer a special discount for groups ordering 5000 pads or more. See the group order form or call us for prices.
      • To receive the special group rate, all participants must follow these guidelines:
        • The Entire group must total 5000 pads or more.
        • Every person in the group must order a minimum of 1000 pads each.
        • All orders in the group must print the same two ink colors for two color orders.
        • All orders must be complete, i.e.; order forms filled out with checks or credit card numbers and expiration dates, photos included and any other additional logos, etc., before processing can begin.
